Dude, I got a power rack and…

I finally got a power cage as part of a whole set of stuff. I saw it on craigslist Thursday night, and it was in my garage Saturday afternoon.

So here’s what I got…

• Power cage
• Oly bar
• IronMaster adjustable dumbbells, up to 120 each
• Power hooks
• Plate mates
• A ton of oly plates (well not literally, a 1/4 ton, literally)
• FID bench
• Trap bar

There’s some other misc stuff that I don’t fully understand. He had bought the set off of some guy who was apparently very hardcore. He had welded together some pipe fittings to be able to load plates on and work on his outward grip… i.e., put hand in the pipe and push out, then pull up the plates. Ow.

And last, but not least, a picture of all the stuff disassembled in my garage.
