		<description>It's not important, it's just a number.  But it's a number that seems to change for the lower when I'm doing the Right Things (TM) to lose fat.  I've seen the low 50's (maybe 49 once) and I expect it'll be lower than that when I've lost a good bit of the execess weight making it harder to pump blood.

That said, I have no particular desire to be at 40 or any other number, for that matter.  Same goes for scale weight and so on.  It's just something to cross off to feel like there's progress going on.

FWIW, just to be a stickler, the goal is to be in the 40's not 40.  I'd call it done if I hit 49. :)</description>
