Argh!
Grey screen of death again. It happens every time my 30G iPod with video gets close to full.
From panic.log:

How is it my iPod is tickling a kernel bug? WTF?

Mac Book Pro (Quite Possibly The Worst Name Ever).
I just coined an acronym for the new Intel Powerbooks.

On vacation for two weeks, first day back and I’m all caught up on emails at 2:00 PM. It wasn’t a tremendous mountain, since most everyone else was on vacation for a week of my two weeks… but there was a time where I couldn’t even handle a day’s worth of email in a reasonable (read: less than months) amount of time.

This article at Wired is just downright fascinating. Especially for me, a nerd with deaf parents.
This bit from the end of the article just show how Moore’s law, in some form applies to people, too.
My Bionic Quest for Boléro:
“My hearing is no longer limited by the physical circumstances of my body. While my friends’ ears will inevitably decline with age, mine will only get better.”
It’s just a matter of time before the risks of surgery get less and less, and the benefits are more worthwhile. How long before we’re in the “cyberpunk” future? Maybe we only have 15 years left.
P.S. No, I couldn’t resist the cliché title.

I was vaguely interested, but didn’t go out to download it until I read this in the release notes:
Camino : Release Notes : Camino 1.0 beta 2:
“Camino now has built in SVG support.”
Boo-yah! I haven’t managed to get SVG working on any of the various Mac browsers I have until this one. Once Firefox turns it on by default, I’ll be ecstatic.
