Current Goals
I had this list and since I was just about to change it, I figured I should publish it so it can’t get changed:
- Workout Wednesday and Fridays. I’ve been completely slacking on these days, and cut the amount down. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to do it. Mostly need it for the cardio.
200# bench by 8/31 (completed 8/20/2005)- Use the current bike + trainer at least once a week until 9/15.
- 300# Squat by 9/30.
I’m already not quite 100%. I slacked on my workout this past Friday. I was completely and utterly exhausted. I think I needed the rest, so I’m calling a mulligan. That would be the goal I was about to change when I decided to post this.
